Tooltips: Xpages lacked in tooltips corresponding to each fields in a form. Now that they have come up with a new Extension Library tool Tool tip that pops up help description about a field when focus is on the field. Dojo technology is being used.

Data view : Just a matter of dragging and then dropping the control Data view from Extension Library section. It gives new look and feel to the view with expand and collapse button.
